• Prices are fully inclusive of all fuel, electricity , bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Prices shown are for guidance only and may be amended at any time.
• We are open all year round
• Weekly lets usually run from Saturday to Saturday Unless otherwise agreed arrival is after 4pm and departure at 10am
• Short breaks are available for two or three night  weekend stays or four nights mid week Please contact us for availability
• A non refundable deposit of £ 50 per week is payable at the time of booking. The final balance must be paid six weeks prior to the start of your holiday For bookings less than six weeks in advance of the start date full price is payable at the time of booking Guests are advised to ensure that they have appropriate holiday cancellation insurance
• We provide a complimentary pack of locally sourced and home made produce for our guests 
• Christmas packages include a  decorated real Christmas tree ( unless guests request otherwise)
• We live on site and therefore are available to take delivery of groceries if guests chose to order them on line ( Tesco Extra Dumfries)
